Will pressure washing damage my sandstone or render?

Sandstone, render and aged concrete all need different treatment, so we match the method to the surface rather than blasting everything the same way. We identify what you have, test an inconspicuous area first, and tell you honestly what can and can't be restored.

Northern Beaches Council was formed by merging the former Manly, Pittwater and Warringah councils, and the old planning instruments were never replaced. Manly is still governed by the Manly Local Environmental Plan 2013, so heritage controls here differ from those a few suburbs north. Manly has two named heritage conservation areas, Manly Town Centre and Pittwater Road, whose boundaries were redrawn to follow whole properties and historic subdivision lines.
