What we clean

Exterior and interior glass, frames, tracks, skylights, glass balustrades, pool fences and hard-to-reach windows.

How we do it

We use pure-water fed poles for exterior glass (spot-free, no ladders on most homes) and traditional squeegee work inside, with frames and sills wiped down. Glass balustrades and pool fences are included in the quote if you want them — they are usually the worst for salt.

North Shore — Mosman, Neutral Bay, Cremorne, Chatswood, Lane Cove, Killara, Turramurra, Wahroonga and surrounds. Northern Beaches — Manly, Freshwater, Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen, Mona Vale, Newport, Avalon and Palm Beach. If your suburb is not listed, ask — we most likely cover it.

Do you clean windows inside and out?

Yes, both. Exterior-only is also available and is the most popular option for regular maintenance.

Can you reach high windows?

Pure-water poles reach three storeys safely from the ground. Anything beyond that we assess for access.

How often should windows be cleaned near the coast?

Every 3–4 months if you want to keep the view clear; annually at minimum.

Sandstone, render and aged concrete all need different treatment, so we match the method to the surface rather than blasting everything the same way. We identify what you have, test an inconspicuous area first, and tell you honestly what can and can't be restored.

We cover 106 Sydney suburbs across the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches — from the salt-hammered ocean strip to the canopy-shaded North Shore.

Growth is pre-treated so it's killed at the root rather than blasted off the top. Planting, lighting and pool areas are covered before we start, and runoff is controlled on sloped blocks.

We finish every job with a walkthrough — we walk the property with you and address anything you're not happy with on the spot. Nothing is signed off until you've seen every surface yourself, and you receive a photo report on every job.
