Soft Washing

Professional soft washing for Sydney homes and businesses — surface-matched methods, a fixed written quote before we start, and a photo report when we finish.
Soft Washing that matches the method to the surface
High pressure strips paint, scars render and forces water into cladding — but grime and growth still need to come off. The Prestige Standard provides soft washing across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches, and we start every job by identifying exactly what the surface is and what it can take.
What we clean
Rendered and painted walls, weatherboard, roofs, eaves, fences, shade sails and anything too soft for high pressure.
How we do it
Soft washing uses a low-pressure application of a cleaning and biocide solution, a timed dwell, and a gentle rinse. It cleans by chemistry rather than force. It is our default method for house exteriors and the reason our before-and-afters do not come with damage.
What’s included

- Fixed written quote — itemised, with sealing priced separately so you decide

Soft Washing FAQs
What is the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing cleans with detergent and biocide at garden-hose pressure; pressure washing relies on force. Soft washing is right for anything painted, rendered, timber or fragile.
Is soft washing effective on heavy mould?
Yes — it is more effective than pressure alone because it kills the growth rather than shearing the top layer off.
How long does a house soft wash take?
Most single-storey homes take two to four hours; double-storey four to six.
