Exterior Cleaning Bilgola | Bushland Leaf Load & Shaded Moss

Bilgola splits into two very different cleaning problems. Down in the valley the beachfront homes sit in a natural amphitheatre of dense bushland, so the issue is less salt than shade and organic load — constant leaf drop, moss on paths that rarely see direct sun, and gutters that fill faster than anywhere else on the peninsula. Up on the Plateau the exposure flips and salt becomes the driver again.

What we do here

Gutter clearing sized for the bushland leaf load rather than a token scoop, moss and algae treated chemically on shaded paths and steps so it doesn’t regrow within weeks, render and Colorbond soft-washed, and sandstone cleaned at low pressure. On the Plateau properties we treat salt on glass and metal the same way we do at Whale Beach.
