How we do it

We use a timber-specific cleaner and low pressure with the grain, then a brightener to restore colour — never a high-pressure blast that furs the surface. Cleaning is the essential first step before oiling or staining, and we can prepare the deck for either.

Will pressure cleaning fur or damage my deck?

Not at the pressures we use. We work along the grain with a wide fan and let the cleaner do the work.

Can you clean composite decking?

Yes — composite needs a gentler approach and a specific cleaner to avoid streaking.

Do you oil decks?

We prepare decks for oiling and can recommend coatings; ask when you request a quote.
