Window Cleaning Sydney | Salt, Streak and Hard Water Removal
Glass shows everything. Salt haze on a coastal elevation, hard water spotting where a sprinkler has been hitting the same pane for months, and the grey film that builds on anything facing a main road. Most of it will not come off with a squeegee and detergent, which is why windows that get cleaned regularly can still look permanently dull.
What we clean
Exterior and interior glass, frames, sills and sliding door tracks. Screens removed, washed and refitted rather than cleaned in place. Balustrade and pool fence glass, which collects more spotting than windows because it takes direct spray. Skylights and fixed high glass where access is the whole job.
Salt film and hard water stains
These are different problems and they need different treatment. Salt film is airborne deposit and lifts with the right solution. Hard water spotting is mineral bonded to the glass surface, and left long enough it etches, at which point no clean will fully remove it. Caught early it can be brought back. That distinction is worth knowing before anyone quotes you a result they cannot deliver.
Houses, apartments and strata
We work on single homes, apartment common areas and strata schemes, and can run a scheduled cycle rather than one-off visits, which is usually what keeps coastal glass from reaching the etched stage. $20 million public liability for commercial and strata sites.
Where we work
Window cleaning across the Eastern Suburbs, the North Shore and the Northern Beaches — with the heaviest salt exposure on the beachfront and harbourside runs.
