House Washing Palm Beach | Soft Wash for Render & Weatherboard

Most Palm Beach homes are render, weatherboard or a mix, and all three fail the same way here — salt drives into the surface, holds moisture against it, and organic growth follows in the shaded gaps. On render the result is a grey-green cast that reads as dirt but is actually living. On weatherboard, high pressure forces water behind the boards and lifts paint at the laps, which is why so many of the repaint jobs on this street started as a cheap wash.
