Tile & Grout Cleaning Palm Beach | Sand, Salt & Pool Chemical Soiling

Grout is porous, and in a Palm Beach house it spends its life absorbing whatever comes through the door — sand, salt and sunscreen off the beach, chlorine off the pool, plus the tracked-in grit that acts like sandpaper on the joint. Large-format tile with narrow joints is standard in the newer builds and it shows every millimetre of discoloured grout. Mopping makes it worse: dirty water settles into the joint and dries there, which is why grout lines darken evenly across a whole floor rather than in patches.

What’s included

Tiles and grout deep cleaned with heat and extraction rather than a mop and hope, soiling pulled out of the joint instead of pushed further in, silicone and edge seals worked around carefully, and outdoor tiled areas treated for algae as well as soil. We can seal grout afterwards where it’s dry enough to take it — and we’ll tell you when it isn’t.

Honest expectation setting: cleaning restores grout to its actual colour, which on a floor that’s ten years old is not the colour it was on day one. Where grout has been permanently stained or has broken down, cleaning won’t fix it and we’ll say so rather than charge you to find out.
