What we tell committees honestly

Most buildings here are quoted too infrequently. A twice-yearly clean on an ocean-facing block looks like a saving until the render needs recoating early. We’ll tell you the interval the building actually needs, and if a cheaper cycle genuinely suits your aspect and exposure, we’ll say that too.
