The Prestige Standard Pty Ltd collects the personal information you provide through our quote form, phone and email (name, contact details, property address and photographs) solely to prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, and communicate about that work. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect and why
Contact details to respond to you; property details and photos to measure and quote; payment details to invoice. Website analytics are collected in aggregate to improve the site.
Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our quoting and invoicing software) and where required by law.
Storage and access
Information is stored on secured Australian-hosted or reputable cloud systems. You can request access to, or correction or deletion of, your information through the enquiry form on our contact page or by calling 0494 810 609.
Photographs of your property
We photograph surfaces before and after work for your report. We only publish images on this website or social media with your written permission, and never with identifying street numbers.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled they run in aggregate form only, record pages viewed and the general region of the visitor, and are never joined to the details you send us in a quote request. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting the quote form.
Marketing communications
We do not add enquiries to a newsletter list. If you book a maintenance program we will contact you when the next visit is due, and you can opt out of those reminders at any time by replying to the message or calling 0494 810 609.
Third parties and overseas disclosure
Our quoting, invoicing and email providers may store data on servers outside Australia under their own privacy commitments. We choose providers that meet the Australian Privacy Principles and we do not disclose your information to any party for their own marketing.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your information, send the details through the enquiry form on our contact page or call 0494 810 609 and we will respond within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
