Exterior cleaning across Eastern Suburbs

Woollahra Municipal Council. Woollahra has one of the highest concentrations of heritage-listed homes and Heritage Conservation Areas in Sydney. Many properties feature original sandstone, slate and terracotta that must be cleaned with low-pressure, chemical-controlled methods. Council also enforces strict stormwater rules: wash water cannot be discharged into gutters that drain to the harbour.

Waverley Council. Waverley Council manages Bondi, Bronte and Tamarama beaches and operates a stormwater-to-ocean catchment, so it is particularly vigilant about detergents and debris entering street drains. Coastal salt load means render, glass and metal weather fast here and benefit from a regular soft-wash schedule.

Randwick City Council. Randwick City Council covers a mix of Federation homes, 1960s unit blocks and large coastal residences from Clovelly to Malabar. The council's Sustainable Water and Stormwater policies require contractors to contain wash-down run-off, which is why we use water-recovery mats on commercial jobs.

City of Sydney. The City of Sydney has detailed rules for working on and over footpaths, including permits for scaffolding and elevated work platforms. Strata and commercial window-cleaning in this LGA is typically scheduled early morning to meet council and building-management noise windows.

Across all of these councils the same rule applies under the Sydney Water Water Wise Guidelines and local stormwater policies: wash water, detergents and sediment must not enter the stormwater system. We cover drains, capture run-off and, on commercial sites, vacuum-recover the water for lawful disposal.
