Mosman Municipal Council. Mosman Council protects a large number of Federation and Inter-war homes under heritage controls, and foreshore properties fall under harbour catchment rules. North Sydney Council. North Sydney Council governs a steep, harbour-fronting LGA where many properties have multi-level stone and tiled terraces, pool decks and large glass balustrades exposed to salt. The council's stormwater guidelines prohibit wash water in street drains, so run-off is captured on every job.

Willoughby City Council. Willoughby City Council covers leafy bushland suburbs like Castlecrag and Northbridge, where Walter Burley Griffin-era stone homes and sandstone walls are common. Leaf litter and shade accelerate moss on roofs, paths and driveways, so annual roof and pathway cleaning is standard maintenance here.

Lane Cove Council. Lane Cove Council is bordered by the Lane Cove River and national park, with many riverfront homes on sloping blocks.
