Exterior cleaning in Neutral Bay: your questions
If your question is not covered here, call 0494 810 609 or send the quote form and we will answer it personally.
Pricing is on request. Neutral Bay properties differ widely in size, stone, access and condition, so we measure the surfaces, test-patch stone where needed and send one fixed written price within a business day. Call 0494 810 609 or use the quote form.
Routine cleaning does not require approval. In heritage conservation areas we use low-pressure, non-abrasive methods and document them for owners. North Sydney Council stormwater rules prohibit wash water in street drains, which we meet by covering drains and capturing run-off.
We are in Lower North Shore most weeks and can usually quote within one business day and schedule within 7 to 10 days. Nearby jobs in Kirribilli and Cremorne are often grouped on the same day.
Mostly render, sandstone, tiled roofs, strata facades. Each gets its own method: soft wash for render and cladding, pH-matched chemistry for sandstone and limestone, hot-water rotary cleaning for concrete and pavers, and pure water for glass.
It affects how often you need us, not the result. Waterfront properties in Neutral Bay combine moisture, shade from established gardens and salt-laden air off the water. We recommend a maintenance cycle on the quote so the property stays ahead of it.
All of Neutral Bay 2089, including Military Road, Ben Boyd Road, Kurraba Road and Wycombe Road, and the properties around Hayes Street Beach, Anderson Park, the Oaks and Kurraba Point. We also cover Kirribilli, Cremorne and Cammeray on the same runs.
Federation homes, inter-war flats and harbourside apartment buildings on Kurraba Point. Each surface type on those homes gets its own method, and the defining local problem is dense strata stock with balcony glass facing the harbour and limited on-site water.
