Porous clay and concrete pavers benefit most, especially around pools, barbecues and driveways where stains land. Dense porcelain pavers need a specialist primer and sometimes do not need sealing at all. We advise after the test patch.
Fine jointing sand mixed with a binder that sets when wetted, locking the joint against weeds, ants and wash-out. It is used on driveways and sloped paving where ordinary sand washes away.
Most Eastern Suburbs and North Shore clients choose a natural or lightly enhanced finish from a penetrating sealer, which does not peel or yellow. Gloss film-forming sealers suit some modern courtyards but need stripping and reapplying every few years.
Foot traffic after 24 hours, furniture after 48 and vehicles after 72 hours in dry weather. We schedule driveways so you have alternative parking.
On request, as one fixed written figure covering the clean, re-sand and seal. Call The Prestige Standard on 0494 810 609 or use the quote form.
