How we clean it, and how we protect everything around it

A site assessment confirms anchor points, their certification dates and the drop plan. Where anchors are absent or uncertified we use an elevated work platform or a bosun's chair from a certified rig. Each drop is cleaned top to bottom with pure water for frames and squeegee for glass where staining requires it, and the technician photographs any defects: failed seals, cracked glass, loose fixings or spalling. The building manager receives the photo set with the invoice, which often becomes the basis of the next capital works item.
