The problem
A unit block's basement entry ramp was grey with traffic film, tyre rubber and algae in the shade of the building, and the aggregate had disappeared under it.
What we did
Degreaser dwell, hot-water rotary surface cleaning top to bottom, lance detailing along the brick retaining walls, drain cover and run-off capture at the basement grate.
The result
The aggregate is visible again across the full ramp and the surface is no longer slick when wet.
