Each section is treated to its material. Render and paint get a hypochlorite soft wash with a surfactant and a low-pressure rinse. Sandstone and limestone blocks get a biocide and a gentle rinse, never acid or high pressure. Timber is cleaned with a wood-safe oxygenated cleaner and brightener at low pressure to avoid raising the grain. Metal panels are washed with a neutral detergent and rinsed. We work top-down so clean sections stay clean.
