How we clean it, and how we protect everything around it

Concrete is cleaned, allowed to dry to below 5 percent moisture and tested. Penetrating silane-siloxane sealers are sprayed and back-rolled; acrylic and polyurethane sealers are rolled in two thin coats with a slip additive where required around pools. The surface is closed to traffic for 24 hours.
